Uday, who was born in Bharatpur-19, Chitwan, finished his education at Shree Kamal Devi Higher Secondary School and graduated from Nepal Mountain Academy with a Bachelor of Mountaineering Studies degree. Major trekking areas in Nepal, such as Annapurna Base Camp, Langtang, Manang–Nar Phu, Himlung Base Camp, and Ghale Gaun–Bhujung, have been visited by him.
Tsergo Ri, Mera Peak, and Himlung Himal are among the top climbing destinations in Uday. He was an Assistant Sales & Marketing Officer, Permit Officer, and Liaison Officer at Elite Exped before joining Lhasso Adventure. He currently works as an outdoor instructor at Kakani Adventure Camp, where he creates experiential learning programs for young people in addition to applying his field expertise.
