You will be picked up from your hotel in Kathmandu early in the morning in a private vehicle and driven to Tribhuvan International Airport for your helicopter flight. The helicopter will take off from Kathmandu, offering a 45-minute scenic flight over the Himalayas to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. There will be a short stopover in Lukla for refueling (10-15 minutes) before flying to Everest Base Camp (5,364 meters) or Kalapatthar 5,644 meters (18,519 feet).
