Today, you will trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel, a journey that will take around 6-7 hours. As you trek, you will pass through beautiful forests and alongside the Langtang River. You will overnight at a teahouse in Lama Hotel.
Your trek continues today as you make your way to Kyanjin Gompa, which will take approximately 5-6 hours. You will be rewarded with stunning views of Langtang Lirung and other peaks along the route. In Kyanjin Gompa, you can visit the local cheese factory and explore the area, spending the night there.
This day is set aside for acclimatization. It is crucial to allow your body to adjust to the altitude. You can also choose to take an optional hike to Tserko Ri for breathtaking sunrise views, which is about a 4-5 hour round trip. You will spend the night in Kyanjin Gompa.
